Return

At HeatFun, it is possible to return your order. Have you ordered an infrared heating or accessories in our webshop, and are you unfortunately not satisfied with your purchase? Before sending the order please contact us by phone: 0544-398810 or by e-mail info@heatfun.eu. We are available on working days (monday to friday) between 08:30 and 17:00.

You will then receive a confirmation from us. Without this confirmation, the order can not be returned.
We can not take any specially tailored products for you. In most cases, it is possible to return your order within 14 days, provided that it is undamaged / unused and in its original packaging.

The return form can be downloaded in PDF (Revocation-HeatFun) or in Word (Revocation-HeatFun).

Always send a copy of your bill and your account number with your return. We also kindly request you to add a short description with the reason for returning. We will refund the amount plus shipping costs to your account as soon as possible. The return shipment is under the responsibility of the buyer. These costs can not be reimbursed.
